Nas Can't Afford To Pay Kelis So Much Child Support

Nas has begged a judge to reduce the amount of cash he has been ordered to hand over to estranged wife Kelis in child and spousal support because he can't afford the payment.

Kelis filed for divorce from the "I Can" hitmaker, real name Nasir Jones, last year, just months before the birth of their first son, Knight.

The couple has been caught up in a bitter legal battle for custody ever since and last month, Nas was ordered to pay more than $87,000 in late spousal and child support and told to cover the Milkshake singer's legal and accounting bills.

The judge also set the rapper's monthly spousal support payments at $10,000, based on figures suggesting he earns $152,031 every month.

But, in a new court filing, obtained by TMZ.com, Nas admits he pulls in "substantially less than that amount", and he has requested that officials take another look at his finances and recalculate his support payments.

Scarlett Johansson: 'I Would Love To Do Another Album'

Scarlett Johansson is enthusiastic to release more music - the actress wants to record her third album. The Lost in Translation star released a disc of Tom Waits covers, Anywhere I Lay My Head, in 2008, as well as last year's album Break Up, on which she collaborated with Pete Yorn.

And despite continuing her successful movie career, Johansson is eager to head back into the studio to record more tracks - but this time she wants to write her own songs for the record.

She tells MTV News, "I would love to do another album. The spirit has not moved me yet in that direction, but I would never put that idea out. I had such an incredible time doing Break Up and doing the (Tom) Waits (covers) album that I think there might be something in there in the future. I mean, I love to do covers. Covers are fun. I'm a huge music lover, music collector, listener and all those things. I like to do covers 'cause I feel like I'm in the shower. I think I'd probably do original songs for sure."

'Baywatch' beauty banished from 'Dancing' ballroom

Perhaps the most popular actress to perform on "Dancing With the Stars" has done her last dance.

Pamela Anderson was ousted from the hit ABC show Tuesday.

Judges praised the 42-year-old sex symbol throughout the season for her dedicated performances and convincing characterization. They appreciated the waltz she and professional partner Damian Whitewood performed on Monday's episode, giving it a score of 24 out of 30. Viewers, though, failed to keep the "Baywatch" beauty afloat.

Judges' scores are combined with viewer votes to determine which celebrity is cast off each week.

"This has been one of the best experiences of my life — and that says a lot. I've had a lot of good experiences," Anderson said after learning her fate.

She thanked her partner and said she wishes her fellow dancers well.

"I love everybody here," she said.

Anderson said that learning to dance allowed her to focus in a way she hadn't before.

"I'm really proud of the effort I've put into it," she said. "I've never been able to apply myself in this kind of way. This is a dream come true."

Whitewood said working with Anderson was something of a dream come true as well.

"You've been an amazing person to work with and so dedicated to learning how to dance," he said, thanking her.

Tuesday's results show also featured a musical performance by Train and a dance performance by the stars of Cirque du Soleil's "Viva Elvis" show.

Five celebrities remain in contention for the mirrorball trophy: Singer Nicole Scherzinger, Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek, actress Niecy Nash, sportscaster Erin Andrews and football star Chad Ochocinco.

Reality stars Kate Gosselin and Jake Pavelka, astronaut Buzz Aldrin and actors Shannen Doherty and Aiden Turner were eliminated on previous episodes.

The remaining contestants will each perform two dances on Monday. The entire spring cast is expected to perform on the season's final episodes, May 24 and 25.

Erin Andrews Gets ‘Slap in the Face’ from Elisabeth Hasselbeck

Erin Andrews‘s waltz on Monday with her Dancing with the Stars partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy was her “best dance yet,” according to judge Bruno Tonioli. But when the ESPN sportscaster found herself the topic of discussion on The View Tuesday morning, she was none too pleased.

Host Elisabeth Hasselbeck criticized Andrews — who has faced two separate stalking incidents in the past year — for dressing inappropriately on Dancing.

“In light of what happened and as a legal [matter] — and as inexcusable as it was for that horrific guy to go in and try to peep on her in her hotel room,” Hasselbeck said. “I mean, in some way if I’m him, I’m like, ‘Man! I just could’ve waited 12 weeks and seen this — a little bit less — without the prison time!’”

In March, a man was sentenced to federal prison for filming Andrews through a hotel peephole and posting nude video of her on the Internet. In April, after beginning her stint on Dancing, Andrews received emailed death threats.

Following the DWTS results show Tuesday night, Andrews told PEOPLE Hasselbeck’s remarks were “a slap in the face to victims of stalking and sexual predators.”

Andrews, who was “very shocked” about the comments, continued: “The thing that I was most upset about is I felt she was mocking a situation,” she said. “As a mother and a woman, I’m disappointed she went there.”

'Zoolander 2' Over?

Ben Stiller has sparked rumors his Zoolander sequel is set to be shelved - after hinting film studio bosses are refusing to finance the follow-up.

Stiller, who starred in and directed the hit 2001 movie, recently announced plans to bring the comedy back to the big screen for a second installment, eyeing a 2012 release.

But now the actor has suggested the film, in which he plays title character Derek Zoolander, is struggling to secure financing from executives at Paramount.

The news comes just days after director Adam McKay revealed that plans to revive Will Ferrell's 2004 film Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy for a sequel had been scrapped after Paramount bosses refused to fund the project.

In a cryptic message on his Twitter.com page, Stiller writes, "Ron Burgundy and Derek Zoolander looking to appear in sequels. Both men destitute, without means or intellect to fund their own comebacks."

Newlyweds Seth Green and Clare Grant Can't Believe Their Luck

They started as friends in 2007, began dating in 2008 and on Saturday, May 1, they made it official.

Actor-producer Seth Green, 36, and actress Clare Grant, 30, were married in a private vineyard in Northern California. "We can't believe we found each other," the couple said in a statement. "We've never been happier!"

Grant wore a tiered Oscar de la Renta gown, and Green donned a custom-made suit from Dennis Kim, a source tells PEOPLE. Tarina Tarantino, the designer at whose Sephora launch party the couple were spotted in February, designed the bridal headpiece and the groom's cufflinks. Barry Jay Jewelers designed the bride's wedding and engagement rings.

Adding to the intimacy of the ceremony, Craig Brewer, who cast Grant in the lead of his MTV series $5 Cover, officiated at the wedding.

The nuptials kick off a busy year for the couple. In addition to $5 Cover, Grant also lends her voice to characters in the Adult Swim Emmy-winning animated series Robot Chicken.

Green continues to voice Chris on the animated Fox series Family Guy and next March will be the lead in Disney's feature film Mars Needs Moms. Green will also serve as creative contributor to LucasFilm's upcoming animated Star Wars series – after all, Green is a fan and George Lucas did attend the wedding.
