Michael Lohan was taken to Massachusetts hospital with chest pains, RadarOnline.com reports.
Lindsay Lohan's dad was set to box Todd Poulton as part of a celebrity boxing match, but failed his pre-fight physical according to his girlfriend, Kate Major.
"He had chest pains all day and pains down his left arm," Major told Radar.
Kate, who accompanied him to the hospital, also said she was worried that Lohan might have a blood clot.
